What you will be doing:

Under the general direction of the Administrative Operations Manager and Administrative II/Lead, the incumbent provides a wide range of journey level administrative support to the Kodiak Aleutian District H&A/M&O which includes District Superintendent, Airport Managers, Equipment Operator Foreman.

Minimum Qualifications:

Six months of advanced clerical experience. This experience includes work such as Office Assistant 2, Accounting Clerk, and similar classes with the State of Alaska or the equivalent with another employer. OR Six months of any combination of post-secondary education, vocational education, and/or advanced-level clerical experience. Special Note: The incumbent is required to pass a TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check.
