** MUST HAVE NY LICENSE TO SUBMIT ** POSITION: LPN/LVN SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING • Shift hours/Contract Length: 3x12 1900-0730/ 13 weeks. • Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend • Charting: EPIC experience required • RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: Must submit requests upon submission • Call off Policy: The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours. • Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed • Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes • Locals Accepted? Radius Rule: Locals accepted for LPN's at ***** less. REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS • Pending License Accepted: No, Must have an active New York Single State LPN license. (NY is not Compact) • Required Certifications: BLS REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS • Nursing Facility/Nursing Home experience is required. • Behavior Management Techniques • Degenrative Disorders (Alzheimer's, ALS, Parkinson's) • Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG UNIT DETAILS AND FLOATING • Ratios: 1:10 • Unit Details: Nursing Facility/Nursing home • Floating: Will be required to float within skillset • Scrub Color: Any combination of navy blue and white
