Job Description Job DescriptionAre you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Assembly: Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations on complex electronic and electro-mechanical subassemblies.Drawing Navigation: Work directly from engineering diagrams, technical drawings, and initial layouts.Quality: Conduct continuity checks on in-process and completed work, perform quality inspections.Re-Work: Disassemble, modify, re-work, re-assemble, and test assemblies under simulated conditions.Basic QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or GED.Certification: Active IPC J-STD-001 Certification.Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in hand soldering or assembling electronic components within a manufacturing setting.Soft Skills: Ability to follow detailed technical instructions and communicate effectively within a team environment.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced Experience: 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.Expert Soldering: 5+ years of experience in hand soldering, including inspection, complex re-work/repair, and utilizing various specialized soldering tools and equipment.Technical: Advanced ability to understand, interpret, and attention to detail to technical documents on electro-mechanical work.Software Skills: Proficiency with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software and Microsoft 365 applications.Hazard Work: Willingness to be trained to work on explosive assemblies.Company DescriptionWith almost four decades of experience as a proven industry leader, Acro continues to be consistently recognized among the Best & Brightest Companies to Work for in the United States.
