Are you an experienced Legal Assistant with a background in personal injury defense litigation ? Looking to join a great legal team where your organizational skills and litigation support experience make a real impact? This hybrid role in Chicago, IL could be your next move.

What You’ll Do

⭐ Support attorneys through all phases of personal injury defense litigation

⭐ Manage calendars, hearings, depositions, and case deadlines

⭐ Prepare and file subpoenas, correspondence, and legal documents

⭐ Organize discovery, medical records, investigative reports, and trial materials

⭐ Communicate with clients, experts, and outside vendors

⭐ Assist with trial prep and provide administrative support during trial

What We’re Looking For

✔ 5+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Litigation Legal Secretary

✔ Background in personal injury defense (or general litigation)

✔ Strong understanding of litigation procedures, court rules & discovery

✔ Excellent communication, writing, and multitasking abilities

✔ Strong tech proficiency (Microsoft Office + legal database experience)

✔ Certificate in Legal Assisting/Paralegal preferred (not required)

Schedule & Work Model

Monday–Friday

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $70,000–$75,000
