Myranda Fine Jewelry is seeking a driven, polished, and relationship-focused Luxury Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Chandler, Arizona.

This is more than a traditional retail sales position. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-touch environment, enjoys building lasting client relationships, and knows how to turn exceptional service into long-term loyalty and sales success.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Luxury Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for creating an elevated experience from the moment a client walks through our doors through every follow-up afterward.

You will:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
\n
• Guide clients through fine jewelry purchases with confidence and expertise
\n
• Learn each client’s style, needs, and occasion to provide personalized recommendations
\n
• Manage the complete sales experience, including follow-up and clienteling
\n
• Develop repeat and referral business through exceptional relationship management
\n
• Work toward and exceed individual and team sales goals
\n
• Assist clients with engagement rings, fine jewelry, custom projects, and milestone purchases
\n
• Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards
\n
• Accurately process transactions and documentation
\n
• Follow procedures for the secure handling of high-value merchandise
\n
• Participate in store events, special appointments, and client outreach
\n
• Collaborate with a close-knit team committed to delivering an outstanding luxury experience
\n

You may be a great fit if you have:

• Proven success in sales, preferably in luxury retail, fine jewelry, high-end fashion, automotive, hospitality, or another relationship-driven sales environment

• Experience working with high-value purchases and discerning clientele
\n
• A strong ability to build trust and develop repeat business
\n
• Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills
\n
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
\n
• A professional, polished, and approachable presence
\n
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
\n
• High standards of integrity, reliability, and discretion
\n
• Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
\n
• The ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends and select evenings or holidays
\n
• Previous senior, lead, or high-performing sales experience preferred
\n

Fine jewelry experience is a plus, but a passion for luxury, sales, and exceptional client service is just as important.
