Adecco is currently recruiting 2nd and 3rd shift Machine Operators in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for loading transmission components into manufacturing machinery and supporting the production process to ensure high-quality products are produced safely and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Load transmission components into production machinery according to work instructions.

• Operate manufacturing equipment and monitor production processes.

• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures.

• Accurately complete production documentation and records.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly experience

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.

• Frequently lift and move materials up to 35 pounds.

• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions.

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
