Relationship Advisor I

Location: River Ridge, 450 Patrol Road, Jeffersonville, IN 47130, USA Centra Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our team as a full‑time Relationship Advisor I at our River Ridge branch in Jeffersonville, IN. The Relationship Advisor is responsible for engaging members in meaningful conversations and advising on lending and financial products and services to create value. This position performs member account transactions to fulfill periodic needs in Retail Operations and contributes to the safety and security of the branch in compliance with policy and procedure. We offer a starting wage of $24.42 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible positions. Spanish/English interpreters may be eligible for an interpreting differential. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Creates value by engaging members during discussion and transactions while educating and advising members on products, services, and lending. Proactively engages with members in problem solving, providing immediate and thoughtful consultation for tailored solutions. Ensures own accountability for subject matter expertise in products and services, problem solving and financial literacy to continually grow skills required for member engagement. Engages in the required Learning Path for continued development and growth and obtains Centra certification. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Equivalent combination of education & experience (or better) is required. High School Diploma or GED. A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience. PREFFERED 3-5 years related experience or better. NationMultiStateLicensing.
