Picker/Packer$14.00/HOURA growing logistics company in East El Paso is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join its warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing products for shipment, maintaining inventory organization, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced warehouse environment.ResponsibilitiesAccurately locate and pick products from warehouse inventory according to order specifications.Sort and organize products and materials for shipment or storage.Pack items safely, accurately, and efficiently to prevent damage during transportation.Prepare orders for shipping by labeling, staging, and verifying shipment information.Inspect products for defects or damage prior to packaging and shipment.Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and process orders.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies at all times.Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious warehouse, packing, sorting, or order-picking experience preferred.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.Basic experience using warehouse technology, including handheld scanners and warehouse management systems, is preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
