We're seeking an HVAC Technical Trainer in Phoenix, AZ to develop and deliver technical training programs for HVAC technicians.
Must-Haves • 10+ years of HVAC service or installation experience • Strong technical knowledge across HVAC systems • EPA Universal certification and industry certifications • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Experience developing training materials Nice-to-Haves • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field • NATE, RETA, or other professional certifications • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) • Technical writing skills Compensation & Logistics
