Join an established ophthalmology practice in California's Central Valley with immediate patient demand, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to build a high-volume surgical practice.

Position Highlights

• High Surgical Volume: 10-15 surgical cases per OR day, with strong community demand
• Established Team: Work alongside an experienced ophthalmologist, optometrist, and advanced practice providers
• Multiple Locations: Access to four clinical locations and multiple outpatient surgical facilities
• Mentorship & Growth: Work with a physician committed to education, practice expansion, and long-term success

Schedule & Call

• 4.5-day workweek
• No weekend clinic
• After-hours calls limited to standby coverage
• Patients can be scheduled first thing the following morning when needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary with profit-sharing potential
• Income potential of approximately 800,000 within 18 months and over 1 million in three years
• Choice of W-2 or 1099 employment structure
