Product Support Representative, Decatur, IL

If you enjoy being in front of customers, building long-term relationships, and turning opportunities into results, this role is for you. As a Product Support Representative , you’ll be on the front lines of growing parts sales, partnering with customers, and connecting them with the right parts and service solutions—while representing Nextran Truck Centers in the field.

Salaried position: $48k-$64k -Base pay will be based on an individual’s skills, certifications, education, and years of experience.

• Opportunity to earn commission based on performance

Hours of Work: Monday through Friday

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and grow customer relationships within an assigned territory
• Identify new business opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships
• Coordinate parts orders, special pricing, and approvals with internal teams
• Follow up on orders to ensure exceptional customer service
• Work closely with Parts and Service Sales teams to support customer needs
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and training opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete required reports
• Act as a trusted, professional ambassador for Nextran Truck Centers
• Perform other duties as assigned

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in automotive/parts sales, outside parts sales, service technical support, or a related industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage a sales territory, and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and service-focused solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record that meets company insurability requirements.
