This role works closely with the Assisted Living Manager, Health & Wellness Director, caregiving teams, and community leadership to help ensure quality resident care, staff competency, regulatory compliance, and overall resident wellbeing. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, clinically knowledgeable, and passionate about supporting seniors and clinical teams through education, oversight, and leadership.
