Mixing Batching Operator Production

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Mixing Batching Operator Production to join their team. As a Mixing Batching Operator Production, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mixing Batching Operator Production

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 1st shift 

What's the Job?

• Operate mixing machines for batch mixing of materials efficiently and accurately
• Regularly operate forklift to move raw materials from warehousing to blending operations
• Track and record dosage, lot numbers, scrap, and production issues to ensure quality control
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance, production, warehouse, and parking areas
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to promote a safe working environment

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing setting
• Basic understanding of general manufacturing safety protocols
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for 10+ hours daily
