Position Summary Provides member service and maintains the checkout area. Resolves member issues and concerns. Promotes Sam’s Club products and services. Provides guidance and support on self‑service technology. Processes member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Follows company safety standards, conducts safety sweeps. Follows proper procedures for handling merchandise. Reports unsafe situations to facility management. Maintains entrance and exit areas, verifies membership cards, and identifies member needs. Assists members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and transporting items. Maintains a safe shopping environment. Handles paperwork, logs, and other required documentation. Executes emergency response procedures and ensures compliance with security and safety practices. Assists with training Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, new technology, and program rollouts. Ensures proper handling of returns and identifies shrink and damages. Complies with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity, including the Open Door Policy. Prioritizes work assignments, collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners, and communicates progress. Identifies improvement opportunities, adapts to change, and learns from feedback. Preferred Qualifications Retail experience, including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register). Experience with mobile retail applications. Location 1399 W Artesia Blvd, Gardena, CA 90248-3363, United States of America Compensation The hourly wage range is $19.00 to $27.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
