Part-Time Admin Data Entry Assistant Wanted

We are seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant with Sales Data Entry experience to join our team In Osceola, WI starting soon after September 15, 2026 .

Position Details

Compensation: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
Hours: 20 to 30 hours per week M-F
Start Date: Mid-September 2026

Key Responsibilities

Sales Order Entry: Accurately process and manage incoming sales orders.
Invoicing: Handle billing workflows, prepare invoices, and ensure timely processing.
Reception: Greet visitors, manage incoming phone calls, and provide professional front-desk support.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or office management.
Strong proficiency in data entry, order processing, and invoicing systems.
Bonus: Previous administrative experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus!
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
