Shipping & Receiving / Packaging Associate
Muskegon, MI, 1st Shift, $15.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a reliable and detail-oriented individual looking to get started in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We’re seeking a Shipping & Receiving / Packaging Associate to join our team in Muskegon, MI. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring products are accurately received, packaged, and shipped—helping keep operations running smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Package products securely and efficiently for outgoing orders
- Label, sort, and organize inventory in designated areas
- Prepare shipments and verify orders before dispatch
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or packaging experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and counting skills
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Good organizational and time management skills
