Heritage Constructors Inc. is a trusted construction company actively building in the Los Angeles area. We are looking for hardworking, dependable Construction General Laborers to join our crew. The Role: As a General Laborer, you are the backbone of the job site. You will assist our skilled tradesmen (carpenters, concrete workers, etc.) by keeping the site clean, moving heavy materials, and performing physical labor tasks. No extensive construction experience is required, but a strong work ethic and extreme reliability are mandatory.

What You Will Do:

• Load and unload construction materials and move them to the appropriate work areas.
• Assist carpenters, framers, and other tradespeople on-site as directed.
• Prep construction sites by clearing obstacles, digging trenches, or performing basic demolition.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site by picking up debris, sweeping, and organizing tools.
• Follow all health and safety regulations on-site.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Work Ethic: You must be a reliable, hard worker. If you accept the job, we expect you to show up for your shift on time, every time. No-shows will not be tolerated.
• Physical Fitness: This is a highly physical job. You must be able to repeatedly lift, push, and pull heavy materials (50+ lbs), dig, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in the High Desert heat.
• Transportation: Must have your own reliable transportation to drive directly to various job sites in the area.
• PPE: Must have your own basic personal protective equipment (steel-toe/work boots, durable work pants).
• Experience: Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or heavy physical labor is a plus, but we are willing to train the right hardworking individual!
