Your commitment to excellence and ability to manage complexity will be key to your success in this dynamic environment.Responsibilities- Leading large-scale operations consulting projects within the health services sector- Developing and implementing strategic operations processes to enhance client service delivery- Utilizing analytical thinking and business data analytics to drive operational improvements- Engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine operational strategies- Coaching and mentoring teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence- Conducting market research to inform business transformation initiatives and optimize service delivery models- Applying change management techniques to support clients in navigating operational transitions- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their operational needs and challenges- Facilitating workshops and strategic questioning sessions to identify opportunities for process optimization- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative operations strategiesWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 7 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance- Demonstrating advanced skills in business transformation and process optimization- Leading strategic operations management initiatives in health services- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive operational excellence- Excelling in stakeholder engagement and relationship building- Innovating change management strategies for client support- Developing high-performing teams through effective coaching and feedbackTravel RequirementsUp to 80%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
