Job Responsibilities

• Enter and update property listings, client information, and transaction records into the database
• Conduct regular audits and data checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data entry processes
• Respond to inquiries related to data and provide support to other departments as needed
• Generate reports as requested to assist management in decision-making

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and database management software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in training new staff on data entry processes and systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and addressing inquiries
