We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to keep our administration and distribution in perfect sync. In this role, you will own our inventory logs and ensure our supply chain never misses a beat. If you are a detail-oriented numbers person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow your career, we want you on our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Update & maintain Excel worksheet to monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and order statuses
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with company teams to ensure timely replenishment and distribution
- Generate and analyze inventory reports accurately
- Support month-end and year-end inventory reporting activities
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and knowledge of office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Prior experience in inventory management, logistics, or related roles is a plus
