SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) - THREE RIVERS HEALTH AND REHABILITATION CENTER Liberty Health Windsor, North Carolina, United States – Part‑time Medical. About this position We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high‑quality rehabilitation services in a supportive environment. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, working with patients to address a variety of speech, language, and swallowing disorders, and collaborating with local management to ensure progressive therapeutic modalities across a variety of diseases and impairments. Requirements Graduate of an accredited therapy program. Licensed in the state where the SNF is located and hold 3 C's.
