St. Croix's Production Team Members build the Best Rods on Earth by taking pride in their work. A Production Team Member learns and understands the production process, works collaboratively, and is consistently at work supporting the other members of the rodbuilding team. A Team Member provides suggestions for improvement, cross-trains to enhance team flexibility, and works safely. Join the St. Croix Rod Building Team in our state-of-the-art facility in Park Falls, WI. Earn competitive wages and benefits on 1st Shift (7am-3pm), while building the Best Rods on Earth!
Starting wage is $17.75/hour
