Requirements: - License: Physical Therapist license - Skills: Knowledge of physical therapy modalities and procedures - Experience: Experience in developing functional goals based on patient and/or family expectations

Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide physical therapy services to patients. - Administer tests and treatments. - Develop realistic, functional goals based on patient and family expectations. - Use appropriate modalities and procedures, demonstrating knowledge of indications and contraindications.

Compliance / Notes: - Scrubs: Ceil blue or white for RNs, Hunter green for CNAs. - Contact the House Supervisor for any nurse cancellations.
