Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support purchasing operations by managing order data, sourcing pricing, and helping ensure smooth procurement processes.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and process purchase order data, change orders, amendments, and related documentation
- Source pricing for spares using ILS and OEM websites
- Follow up on and monitor the status of open purchase orders
- Analyze inventory levels, demand/spend profiles, and lead times to support purchasing decisions
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
What You'll Need
· High school diploma required; some college preferred.
· Previous MRO/Aviation purchasing experience preferred.
· General proficiency in MS Excel and Word required.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication skills required.
· Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency mandatory — must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in a professional environment.
