Emergency Veterinarian (with Optional Senior Associate Track) Location: Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center - Kenosha, WI The Role As an Emergency Veterinarian at WVRC Kenosha, you will: Manage a wide variety of small animal ER cases and make independent clinical decisions. Have the opportunity to perform ER surgeries and expand your skillset. Thrive in a high-impact environment where your expertise directly improves patient outcomes. Contribute to a culture of compassionate, high-quality care that extends beyond the hospital walls. Qualifications Internship-trained or at least 2 years of ER experience. Comfortable managing high caseloads and working independently. Positive, adaptable, solutions-oriented mindset. Enjoys collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and mentoring colleagues when opportunities arise. Senior Associate Track (Optional) Lead the ER Immerse Training Program for new graduates. Shape in-hospital CE and collaborate with Ethos Clinical Learning & Development. Model best practices and guide complex cases on the floor.
