We are hiring for epoxy flooring installers! Come in and apply today if you have this experience!

Epoxy flooring installers prepare, coat, and finish concrete surfaces with epoxy and other resin-based systems. The role blends hands‐on craftsmanship, precision, and problem‐solving. Installers work in residential, commercial, and industrial environments, ensuring floors are durable, safe, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation — Clean, grind, shot‐blast, or scarify concrete to ensure proper adhesion; repair cracks, spalls, and imperfections.
• Mixing & Application — Accurately measure, mix, and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, urethane, and other resin systems according to manufacturer specifications.
• Floor Coating Installation — Install primers, base coats, broadcast flakes or aggregates, metallic epoxy designs, and topcoats.
• Equipment Operation — Safely operate grinders, vacuums, mixers, squeegees, rollers, and other installation tools.
• Quality Control — Inspect surfaces for defects, ensure even coverage, maintain thickness requirements, and deliver a clean, professional finish.
• Safety Compliance — Follow OSHA standards, use PPE, handle chemicals responsibly, and maintain a safe jobsite.
• Customer Interaction — Communicate project timelines, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Jobsite Management — Maintain tools, track materials, assist with loading/unloading, and keep work areas organized.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with epoxy or resinous flooring systems (or willingness to train)
• Strong understanding of concrete behavior and surface prep techniques
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
• Comfort working in varying environments (warehouses, garages, commercial spaces)
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‐quality workmanship
• Basic math skills for mixing ratios and measurements
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
