*This is an upcoming clinic. Clinic will open in December 2025*
The training will take place at our clinic in Concord
AsaBCBA,youwillbeconductingassessments,developingindividualizedtreatment plans, and overseeing the implementation ofABAtherapy by a team of Registered Behavior Technicians(RBTs).Theidealcandidatespassionateabouthelpingchildren reachtheirfull potential and committed to evidence‑based practices.
BCBARequirementsandResponsibilities:
- Master'sdegreeinBehaviorAnalyst orrelatedfields required
- NorthCarolinaBCBAlicenseandBACBcertificationasaBoard-CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) or obtain the NC license within 30 days of employment required.
- Coordinatewithfamilies,kiddosand RBTs/BTs.
- Carryarotating caseloadofkiddosthatneedextra attention(notprogressingunder remote supervision).
