Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Lancaster, California

Preferred Qualifications And Experience Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Holds or eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology Previous experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings preferred Familiarity with teletherapy is a plus, though this position is in-person only Comfortable and confident providing services to students on the Autism spectrum Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to a diverse student population Assess, diagnose, and develop targeted treatment plans addressing individual communication needs Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success Document progress, write IEP goals, and participate in meetings as needed Remain up-to-date with best practices in the field of school-based speech-language pathology This contract position offers a chance to make a meaningful difference, grow professionally, and work with a supportive community dedicated to student growth and success.
