Location & Compensation Location: Salem, NM Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT Compensation: $15–25/hr (based on experience) Type: Part-Time (30-32.5 hrs/week) Shifts: Daytime/Afternoons (3-4 hrs/day, vary by client) Available Schedule Salem, NM Summer Schedule: M–F: 5-8 PM Fall Schedule: M–F: 8 AM‑12 PM About Compass ABA As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism. Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills. Work in homes or community settings. Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence. Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans. Offer encouragement and care during sessions. Create a safe, structured learning environment. Collect and record data to guide treatment. Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT. Requirements High School Diploma (college preferred). Authorized to work in the United States and able to successfully complete all onboarding requirements. Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play‑based activities. Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience required. Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.
