Design Consultant - StruXure Atlanta

THE ROLE - StruXure Atlanta This is an outside sales, commission-based position (exempt) across all locations. As a Design Sales Consultant, you'll run in-home consultations with residential homeowners, present tailored solutions, and close, on the same visit. We set you up to succeed: company-generated leads supplement your pipeline, and every new hire completes a paid training program before stepping into the field. You'll learn a proven in-home sales methodology. We start our new team members on a rolling monthly basis with training starting the second Monday of each month. Every one of our companies is in an active growth phase. The person who joins now has a real opportunity to make an early impact, and to be rewarded for it. Candidates for this role must be located in the Atlanta, GA metro area.

WHAT YOU EARN

On-target earnings of $100,000–$200,000 annually, earned through commission on closed sales. This is a commission-only position with no cap on earnings. The stated range represents a good faith estimate of what a consistently performing employee can expect to earn in this role, based on average job sizes and typical sales activity. Individual results will vary based on performance and volume. No earning cap, your effort sets the ceiling. Paid training from day one. Consistent performers build strong, predictable income, often within the first 60 days.
