Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

For many of our clients, home is where they feel happiest and most comfortable. Our caregivers help them stay there.

At Touching Hearts at Home, we're looking for caregivers and CNAs who want to do more than simply show up for a shift. We're looking for people who take pride in being dependable, treating clients with dignity, and providing the kind of care they would want for someone they love.

We provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties.

Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support clients with mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals
Perform light housekeeping related to care
Assist with activities of daily living

CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
Ability to lift 25 pounds

Bereavement support and leave after family or client loss
Holiday pay
Jury duty and military leave
