Farmers Insurance Agency is expanding and looking for Licensed Insurance Sales Representatives to join our momentum-driven team. If you have an active California Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (or are willing to obtain one), this could be the opportunity youve been waiting for.

Responsibilities- Connecting with prospects and clients through inbound calls and referrals
- Conducting consultative conversations to uncover needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Quoting, binding, and cross-selling auto, home, life, and business policies
- Providing top-tier service that turns clients into lifelong relationships
- Consistently hittingand exceedingsales goals
- Active CA P&C and/or Life & Health License, or willing to obtain one
