Key Responsibilities

• Generate New Business: Actively prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs analyses to recommend appropriate insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial) that provide comprehensive coverage for our clients.
• Relationship Management: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups, policy reviews, and exceptional service.
• Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed production targets by consistently managing a pipeline of prospective customers.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, policy changes, and internal agency initiatives.
