You’ll work closely with patients and their care teams to promote health, independence, safety, and quality of life. Your responsibilities may include: Providing skilled nursing treatments and interventions Administering medications and treatments as ordered Monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients’ conditions Educating patients and caregivers regarding medications, treatments, disease management, and safety Providing wound care and other skilled nursing services as appropriate Completing accurate and timely electronic documentation Home care offers a unique opportunity to get to know your patients and make a meaningful difference in their daily lives.
