Position Title: Team Manager
Job Description : As a Team Manager, you play a vital role in the success of our bakery cafe. You will handle a wide range of responsibilities to ensure that both customers and team members have a great experience. Your focus will be on developing our people, managing team performance, and fostering a warm, inclusive, and authentic team culture to create memorable shifts for everyone.

Qualifications:
- The Team Manager must have at least 1 year of experience in high-volume restaurant management
