We specialize in senior relocation, downsizing, professional home organizing, estate sale execution, and full property cleanouts. We are seeking a hardworking, deeply compassionate, and fiercely reliable "Right Hand" to grow alongside our founder. You are the kind of person who leads with patience and integrity, thrives in hands-on environments, and holds yourself to the highest standards of punctuality and detail.
Whether you are an experienced move manager, an estate sale coordinator, or a retired military veteran looking for a purposeful second career where your discipline, logistics leadership, and heart for service can shine—we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Estate Sale Execution: Organize, stage, price, research, and run on-site estate sale events with tech-savvy POS/checkout tools.
Senior Move Management: Coordinate and execute senior downsizing, sorting, packing, and settling clients comfortably into their new homes.
Property Cleanouts & Logistics: Support full house cleanouts, coordinating with donation centers, recycling hubs, and disposal services.
Client & Family Support: Serve as a patient, calming presence for seniors and family members navigating emotional transitions.
Operational Leadership: Assist the founder with daily team management, vendor scheduling, inventory control, and project execution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Heart for Service: Genuine compassion, patience, and empathy when working with older adults and grieving families.
Hands-On Experience: Background in senior move management, estate sales, professional organizing, logistics, or military leadership strongly preferred.
Uncompromising Integrity: Absolute honesty, trustworthiness, and discretion around client homes and valuables.
Military Veterans Welcome: We deeply value the leadership, adaptability, punctuality, and work ethic that military service instills.
Physical Capability: Ability to stand for long periods, lift/move up to 50 lbs, and handle hands-on packing/sorting.
Logistics: Reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel to client sites locally.
