AI Safety Medical Director Clinical AI Governance
Avo
Avo is seeking a Medical Director, AI Safety who will own the safety of AI-generated clinical content across discharge summaries, pre-visit summaries, and decision-support modules. You will design grading rubrics, run evaluations, classify failures by clinical severity, and drive changes with Studio and engineering.
Approximately 85% of time is safety-focused; 15% includes building clinical modules in Studio and joining prospect calls to discuss testing and governance.
