Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active applicable state licensure
• Experience providing SLP services in a school environment preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Design and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and federal guidelines
• Provide direct and consultative services to students, adapting methods for diverse learning environments
• Support students’ academic and social success through ongoing communication and advocacy
