Program Operations Coordinator - 1st Shift

Program Operations Coordinator – 1st Shift – Atlanta, GA, US 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Remote eligible; preferred location Michigan. Responsibilities Identify machine‑learning server/rack requirements and coordinate delivery to meet Data Center capacity and company needs. Provide program management support, including deployment issue resolution, program performance monitoring, and adherence to Service Level Agreements. Ensure maximum efficiency and optimization in rack integration and hardware movement to achieve operational success, efficiency, and quality goals. Monitor critical infrastructure shipments to ensure on‑time, accurate, satisfactory deliveries; troubleshoot and resolve supply chain discrepancies. Communicate with Engineering, Core Enablement functional workstream owners, and the management team to ensure achievement of technical deployment goals and objectives. Handle stakeholder expectations and provide recommendations for ML infrastructure strategic initiatives and long‑range goals. Identify strategies to increase asset utilization from internal clients and/or better manage existing rack space opportunities. Enter data into Data Center applicable applications/programs and maintain/generate required reports. Process, audit, and file documentation related to Core Enablement activities. Support a lean culture within the server staging and Data Center workflow. Travel Requirements Ability to travel up to 75% of the time. Must possess a REAL ID‑compliant driver's license or passport to comply with federal travel regulations. Familiarity and ability to comply with TSA security procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience. 2 years of experience in Data Center operations, machine‑learning hardware logistics, or supply chain. Project management experience and knowledge of the high‑density server/rack vertical. Experience with Microsoft Office and DCIM/Inventory Management software. Highly organized and detail‑oriented work style with a proactive and professional attitude. Excellent creative thinking and problem‑solving skills; results‑oriented and strategic regarding technical constraints. Ability to work with minimal supervision, maintain confidentiality, produce accurate output, and meet deadlines. Ability to build and maintain effective, reciprocal work relationships within and outside the company, specifically with Infrastructure teams. Physical Demands Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Reach (including above head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel. Handle or manage tools or equipment. Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.
