Midmind Mental and Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LCSW-R) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Implement diverse therapeutic modalities encompassing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other tailored interventions to guide clients towards improved mental health.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, showcasing strong attention to detail in all documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
- Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance treatment strategies and keep abreast of best practices in the mental health field.
- Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources, fostering an informed and supportive environment.
- Keep knowledgeable about the latest developments in therapeutic interventions, integrating new findings into client care to ensure the highest quality of support.
Patient Population / Client Focus
In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, allowing you to engage with and make a positive difference in the lives of people with unique stories and needs. Your work will empower individuals to navigate their mental health journeys, supporting them in finding strength and resilience.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- An active state license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.
- Strong foundation in evidence-based psychotherapy techniques, particularly in solution-focused interventions, ensuring tailored treatment for each client.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships and facilitate client engagement.
- Critical problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex mental health issues effectively.
- A collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and the diverse contributions of your colleagues to enhance client care.
Preferred Experience
While not required, experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and the ability to navigate and utilize technology effectively will enhance service delivery and client engagement. Additional experience in specialized therapeutic modalities or populations will be considered an asset.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, with potential bonuses.
