Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:IS Manager__In this role, you will co-own our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud unit as a single value stream, leading everything non-finance — supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and sales / order-to-cash — end to end. This is a fully accountable owner's seat on a clean-core, fast-moving environment with one mandate: run this unit as fast and as AI-automated as possible. You will own the operational outcome together with one equal peer who leads finance; there is no hand-off to a support team, and no hierarchy between you.The work model for the role is: HybridThis role is contributing to the Installation Products Division of the Electrification business area in Europe.Main stakeholders are operations and supply chain, the Finance co-owner, and the central platform teamYou will be mainly accountable for:Co-owning the unit as one value stream and owning the non-finance operations end-to-end — run as connected flows (source-to-pay, plan-to-produce, order-to-deliver), not module silos — with full accountability for a single shared outcome alongside the Finance co-owner.Driving AI adoption at scale and stretching automation to its limit — beginning with test and regression automation against the continuous Public Cloud release cadence, then automating the operational flows themselves, deploying AI only where it moves a real metric.Running the unit fast and lean — assessing every S/4 Public Cloud release for fit and new functionality, adopting what adds value while keeping the core clean, and drawing on the central team's Developer, Integration, and Reporting services to deliver (directing and consuming them, not duplicating them).Co-owning the cross-functional seams with the Finance owner — order-to-cash and procure-to-pay run across both of you — so the end-to-end flow holds and nothing falls between operations and finance.Our team dynamicsYou will join a small, senior, high-ownership team — two equal co-owners running one unit — where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the roleA BS degree in engineering or a related technical field is a preferred.You have hands-on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience — not Private, not ECC alone. You know the clean-core model, the release cadence, and what the Public Cloud will and will not allow. (This is a hard requirement.)You are driven to adopt AI at scale and push automation — test automation first — to its absolute limit; you treat a clean, fast-moving unit as a place to find the ceiling of what can run with no manual effort, not to hold a steady state.You are highly skilled across the non-finance value chain — MM, PP, IM, LE/WM, SD, QM — and you think in end-to-end flows (source-to-pay, plan-to-produce, order-to-deliver), not isolated module configuration.You have a demonstrated track record of extreme ownership — owning an outcome end to end (build and run) — and you can share a single outcome with an equal peer without building turf.You are passionate about learning and intellectually honest — comfortable with ambiguity, quick to say "I don't know" or "I was wrong," and curious enough to outpace your own defensiveness.You are at ease communicating in English; an additional European language is a plus.A degree in engineering or a related technical field is a plus.You hold a valid work authorization for the European marketWhat's in it for you?This is a rare mandate: a fully accountable owner's seat on a modern Public Cloud unit with a single, sharp goal — run it as fast and as AI-automated as possible.
