Global Real Estate (GRE) Finance Analytics – Vice PresidentJob Description: The GRE Finance Analytics team sits within the Chief Administrative Office's Finance & Business Management division. The team provides analytical coverage across the Firm's corporate real estate portfolio – spanning capital and expense planning, headcount and occupancy analysis, and portfolio scenario modeling – to inform strategic real estate decisions at the senior leadership level.This VP-level role is a core analytical position within GRE Finance, responsible for translating complex, multi-dimensional real estate data into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives. The role operates in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, requiring both technical rigor and the ability to communicate clearly under ambiguity. You will partner closely with GRE stakeholders and senior leadership to support portfolio strategy, space planning, and financial decision-making.Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Analytics: Conduct in-depth analyses across the GRE portfolio – integrating financial, headcount, and real estate metrics – to surface trends, risks, and strategic opportunitiesScenario & Financial Modeling: Build and maintain scenario models covering portfolio occupancy, capital allocation, and expense planning to support real estate strategy and investment decisionsAd Hoc Analysis: Respond to time-sensitive analytical requests from LOB partners and senior leadership, scoping and executing analyses with minimal directionExecutive Reporting: Synthesize complex analyses into concise, high-impact presentations and materials for senior management consumptionData Infrastructure: Work with large, multi-source, and imperfect datasets; identify opportunities to improve data quality, analytical workflows, and modeling capabilitiesRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills7+ years of experience in data analytics, financial analysis, or a related quantitative fieldStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; proven ability to frame ambiguous questions into rigorous analysesHands-on experience with scenario modeling and/or financial planning modelsProficiency working with large, complex, multi-source datasetsAbility to translate analytical output into clear strategic implications for non-technical audiencesStrong written and verbal communication skills; experience preparing executive-level materialsAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in SQL and/or Python preferredPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skillsBackground in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, or related domainExperience with firm-approved AI/GenAI tools (e.g., LLMs, Microsoft Copilot) for analytics or workflow automationFamiliarity with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx) JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
