Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Maryland licensure and relevant certifications
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience with school-based therapy and IEP processes is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of 22 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports per district guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
