Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
• Assist with billing and payment processing during check-out.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Follow safety and security protocols to ensure guest safety.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
