CDL Garbage Truck Driver Leesville, LA

Starting Pay: $21/hour Pay Schedule: Every Friday no waiting around. Overtime: Anything over 40 hours a week gets you time-and-a-half, that's $31/hour.

Waste Connections is hiring CDL Drivers at our Leesville hauling site. In this role, you'll operate a garbage truck to safely and efficiently service commercial and/or residential routes. We're looking for someone who puts safety first and takes pride in doing the job right.

What You'll Do:

Operate a garbage truck on assigned routes
Collect waste or recycling from local businesses or homes
Work in all weather conditions
Deliver dependable service with a safety-first mindset

Schedule & Pay:

Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays
Start time: 4:45 a.m., 1011 hour days, 5055 hours a week
$21/hour starting pay, weekly pay

What You Need:

A Class A or B CDL
2+ year of CDL driving experience
A clean driving record and strong safety awareness
Solid customer service skills and a team-player mindset
