Key Responsibilities and Duties * Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems * Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow-related issues efficiently and accurately * Recommend system improvements and upgrades to enhance performance and energy efficiency * Lead or assist with light commercial and residential equipment installations when needed * Provide guidance, support, and on-the-job training to junior technicians and apprentices * Communicate professionally with customers, clearly explaining findings and service options * Complete all service documentation accurately in company software * Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency service coverage Competencies for Success * Current West Virginia HVAC Technician License required * 5+ years of proven HVAC service experience (residential and/or light commercial) * EPA Universal Certification required * Valid driver's license with clean driving record * Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills * Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics * Leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred Benefits * Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Company vehicle, and tablet provided * Ongoing technical and leadership training * Career advancement opportunities within the company Mullen Plumbing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
