What You’ll Do

As a Social Emotional Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in helping our members navigate life’s challenges while building strong emotional and social skills. Your work will directly contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one and group support to youth, focusing on social and emotional well-being.
• Developing and implementing strategies to help members build resilience, self-confidence, and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborating with staff to create programs that promote emotional health and positive behavior.
• Monitoring and addressing the needs of members to ensure a safe and supportive Club environment.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reports related to member progress.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated individual who is ready to make a difference. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as education, counseling, or youth development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with youth and their families.
• The ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to the unique needs of our members.
• A passion for helping young people grow and thrive.
