A well-established, employee-owned architectural metal company with a national presence in the commercial construction decorative stair and railing segment. The company is financially strong, stable, and known for high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.

The Lead Installer will manage the installation, removal, and repair of architectural metal products, oversee field-related installation processes, and lead a small team of 3–4 members. The role requires strong leadership, technical skill, and a commitment to quality and safety

• Prepare and layout the job site for installation.
• Interpret architectural/engineering drawings and follow specifications.
• Align and erect steel posts, verifying vertical, horizontal, and elevation alignment.
• Install products per project requirements and field repair damaged items.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment, including forklift operation and truck driving per DOT regulations.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project compliance.
• Complete safety checklists, administrative tasks, and documentation for all work performed
• Experience: 2+ years in architectural metal fabrication/installation.
• Skills: Proficiency in welding (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW), use of air/power tools, and attention to detail.
• Certifications: OSHA 10, welding certifications, forklift operation; driver’s license required.
• Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service aptitude
