Key Responsibilities
Diagnosis and Repair: Assess HVAC systems, identify issues, recommend repairs/replacements, and restore functionality
Maintenance Services: Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and component adjustments for optimal performance
Installation Support: Assist with new HVAC system installation under senior technician guidance
Customer Interaction: Provide professional service explanations and address inquiries promptly
Documentation: Maintain accurate work orders and service records
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Requirements
1 year minimum technician experience
Valid driver's license with clean MVR report
Must pass background check
Ability to own and use power tools
Wear company-approved personal protective equipment
Work in construction environments (heat/cold, wet/humid conditions)
Complete assigned tasks within company timeframe
