***MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN CONCRETE MIXING, POURING, AND FINISHING

**Shift/Hours: **Monday - Friday, 7AM to 4PM+. Weekends as needed. Weather dependent.

**Pay Rate: **$17.75/hr

**Location: **Angleton, TX

**Experience: **6+ months recent working experience

PrideStaff is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our client for a 6+ month position in Southern Brazoria County. This position is primarily responsible for building small concrete formations and pathways for underground electrical lines and conduit installations. If you are looking for a stable, labor-intensive role with opportunities to learn a trade and grow within a leading electrical contracting company, we want to hear from you.

• Form and build small concrete pads to house electrical canisters and lighting

• Clear work areas of debris, rocks, roots, and obstructions before and after digging.

• Assist with placing, laying, and pulling electrical conduit or lines in excavated trenches.

• Backfill trenches and compact soil using shovels or small mechanical compactors following code and safety specifications.

• Load, unload, and organize construction materials, hand tools, and safety equipment at the job site.

• Experience: Previous experience in manual labor, construction, landscaping, or trenching is preferred but not required. We are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic.

• **Communication: **Bilingual is a plus***

• Physical Demands: Must be physically capable of performing heavy, repetitive manual labor (digging, lifting, bending, kneeling) in outdoor environments for extended periods.

• Environment: Ability to work outside in varying Texas weather conditions (heat, dust, cold, rain).

• Tools: Ability to safely use and maintain standard construction hand tools.

• Reliability: Strong attendance record and dependable transportation to the office or designated job sites.

• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S. Must submit to a background check and drug screening if required by project sites.
